We met working at Walt Disney World many years ago. A girl from Wisconsin and boy from Philadelphia may not have seemed like the perfect match, but we enjoyed sharing stories about city vs. small town life. We quickly found out that we had so much in common…a love for travel, food, football, Italy, and a golden retriever named Mowgli.
We have been fortunate enough to travel all over the world together from Canada to France. We have been on 12 cruises together with this being our 13th and have so many future trips on our bucket list.
When we are not working or traveling, we deeply enjoy being couch potatoes with Mowgli, watching sports games (go Eagles and Bears!) or TV, going to OrangeTheory fitness classes, walking the boardwalks in Celebration, running a local 5k, or venturing out to a theme park.
We are both foodies (with Nick being the brave one) and love to try different restaurants. All of our travels usually center around restaurants, food tours, and tastings. Who knew that blue cheese ice cream is delicious? Who knew that Kaitlyn would eat goat ribs? (hint: not Kaitlyn)
On June 19, 2026, we got engaged on the Disney Fantasy and we thought what better way to celebrate than to get married on a Disney cruise too! It is the perfect combination of our love story: Disney and travel.
We have blended our lives for so long we are ready to start the journey of marriage. Our love for each other, our life, our home, and our future is as strong as Mowgli’s love of fresh baked sourdough bread!
We can’t tell you how excited we are for you all to be on the ship to celebrate. We recognize that this was not an inexpensive nor easy request to celebrate with us and we deeply appreciate each and every one of you!
