Ceremony
- What is the dress code for the wedding ceremony?
We love that you packed your beach gear, but for our ceremony the dress code is semi-formal with some exceptions. In general, for women think nice dresses or gowns and for men think elevated business casual. A very detailed style guide can be found here. Please no jeans, shorts, flip flops, or beach attire as this is an indoor, formal-style wedding. To keep with tradition and to show respect for the bride, please do not wear white, ivory, cream, etc.
- Are children allowed at the ceremony?
Children are allowed at the ceremony, but we strongly encourage using the Disney Cruise Line kids club (it’s free!). We know a wedding ceremony can be boring and your kids would have a lot more fun elsewhere! Please let us know in your RSVP if you will plan to have your children at the ceremony so we can plan seating accordingly. They are welcome at the reception afterwards or can also remain in the kids club – parents choice!
- Am I allowed to take photos or videos during the ceremony?
We are paying to have a professional photographer get all of the good shots! We understand your excitement and feel free to snap a quick photo, but we ask that you leave all photograph and videography to the professionals. The last thing we want is wedding pictures with everyone on their phone!
